Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is located in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP), Caojing, Shanghai. In terms of public utilities, the project builds on that of the SCIP and its accessory facilities and relies on SCIP as a base. SCIP lies at the north coast of Hangzhou Bay with the total planning area of 29.4 km2. With the A4 expressway connecting Shanghai-Nanjing and Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway network, it is a 45-minute drive from downtown to Site, which is 60km away. There are sub railway lines for exclusive use in SCIP connecting 113 km Pudong Railway (Fengxian-Pudong Airport-Zhangmiao). SCIP joins Huangpu river and Changjiang River water system through dredged inner river channel system. Apart from the existing jetty, SCIP is only 55km from the Yang Shan Deep Water Port . With only 50km from Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport respectively.
